Ingredients

2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large cucumber, sliced
2 Hass avocados, diced
½ cup scallions
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dill, diced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Kosher sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Mix the diced avocados, tomatoes, scallions and cucumber slices in a bowl and toss well. Add the diced dill and mix again.

Mix the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice together. Drizzle over the salad. Season with Kosher sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
